Throwing in a rec for fic_rush, which has a round happening this weekend.

From the community's intro post:

fic_rush is a two-day, multi-fandom ficathon. Unlike other ficathons, there are no claims, prompts, or deadlines. There's just a two-day magic place where you spend as much of your time as possible writing. It is literally a ficathon: a fanfiction marathon.

Basically every hour for 48 hours (with an extra 24 hours before the actual start) there will be a "check-in" post where you can comment and chat about how your writing is going.
